The Plano restaurant in Texas has been reviewed by The Dallas Morning News in a three stars restaurant.

I can't think of a menu I've seen recently that has as many things on it that I want to eat as Sichuanese
Cuisine's. And that's saying something, because the menu also has lots of things I don't want to eat.
At one end of the yuck spectrum are the typical Americanized Chinese dishes, things like kung pao chicken and pork fried rice. At the other end are certain innards and other cuts that are a little further
than I'm willing to go, even in the service of our readers. But in the middle are many wonderful Sichuan offerings that are both authentic and accessible – from fragrant noodles to steaming hot-pot casseroles to spicy stir-fries.
